Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: Elvington Country Store will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided. However, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays or losses resulting from shipping or delivery.

Delivery: Delivery of products will be made to the address specified by you during the ordering process. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

Any problems with your order need to be reported within 5 working days of being delivered. This is so we can investigate with relevant parties and offer a solution.

 

Returns and Refunds

Refunds: At Elvington Country Store, we have a customer-friendly refund policy. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in resalable condition and have not been used or damaged.

Initiation of Return: If you wish to initiate a return for a product, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions.

Resalable Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. This means that they should be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or alteration.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the items.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items and confirm that they are in resalable condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued within 3-4 working days of the return. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.
